-
Q: How much will it cost me?
A: Standard brokerage rates apply.
-
Q: How long will it take to sell my boat.
A: Dependant ony many factors such as length, price and condition. Most
boats sell between 3 - 12 weeks. Larger boats however may take longer.
-
Q:How often will you show my boat?
A: We promote your boat at a fair market value in all major boating
publications in an attempt to drive traffic to your boat and to sell it as
quickly as possible.
-
Q: Why should I use a broker?
A: We are sales professionals who are knowledgable about the products we
sell and know how to get you the best deal, saving you the aggravation of
selling it yourself. In fact, for larger vessels, most buyers prefer dealing
with someone who can answer any questions they may have about a boat they are
interested in purchasing.
-
Q:Do I need a survey of my boat?
A: Yes, it is in your best interest. It is included at no additional cost to
you. The survey will allow us to determine the actual condition and value of the
vessel. It also allows us to show prospective buyers that the vessel has been
inspected and no surprises await the new owner.
-
Q:Isn't there a conflict of interest when the surveyor
company is the broker?
A: No, a survey will allow us to find problems with the vessel which require
correcting, before the vessel is listed. If you the seller, do not wish to have
them corrected, then the report will list the problems found, the cost to repair
them and the price of the vessel will be reduced accordingly.
-
Q: Will you buy my boat?
A: Yes, we are always looking for good boats to purchase for resale. We pay
top wholesale value less wear and tear as determined by our surveyor.
